Description of the service
Within the scope of the „Trademark Search supplemented with an opinion regarding trademark protectability” service a „Preliminary Search Report Supplemented With Opinion” will be sent by the end of the seventh working day following the receipt of the order. This search report contains all trademarks and trademark applications valid in the territory of Hungary which are identical or similar to the sign you have indicated, taking the specified Nice Classes into account as well. The search report for this service is supplemented with a protectability opinion which analyses the protectability of the sign including the absolute grounds for refusal.
