- before filing a trademark application in order to receive guidance on whether there is a chance that the sign could be registered as a trademark;
- in order to avoid infringing on others’ trademark rights by using a sign (such as a company name or a domain name);
- in order to receive information on whether to take legal action to protect your rights regarding the registration of a trademark or an already registered trademark.
Description of the service
Within the scope of the Trademark Search service a „Preliminary Search Report” will be sent by the end of the fifth working day following the receipt of the order. The preliminary search report contains all trademarks and trademark applications valid in the territory of Hungary which are identical or similar to the sign you have indicated, taking the specified Nice Classes into account as well.
