European Union trademark

Regulation (EU) 2017/1001 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the European Union trademark enables to obtain protection of trademark effective in the whole territory of the European Union. On the basis of the regulation the applicant is entitled to obtain protection of trademark to the sign in one sole procedure which will be effective in the Member States, namely in the territory of the Single Market.
