Interpretation

Should any question arise in connection with the interpretation of the description of model protection, the Hungarian Intellectual Property Office gives an expert opinion at the request of the proceeding court or any other authority.

The Hungarian Intellectual Property Office acts in the form of a three-member board in the question of the interpretation of the description.
