Visit of the delegation of judges of the Chinese Jiangsu Province at HIPO

On 5 September 2019 the delegation of judges of the Chinese Jiangsu Province, led by Mr Xia Daohu, President of Jiangsu High People’s Court, visited the Hungarian Intellectual Property Office (HIPO). The Chinese delegation was received by Mr Csaba Baticz, Head of the Legal and International Department. The guests received information on the possibilities of enforcement of intellectual property rights in civil, criminal or customs procedures.
