Memorandum of Understanding with the State Intellectual Property Office of the People’s Republic of China

On 29 April 2015 a Memorandum of Understanding was signed in Beijing by Dr. Miklós Bendzsel, President of the Hungarian Intellectual Property Office and Mr. Shen Changyu, Commissioner of the State Intellectual Property Office of the People’s Republic of China.

The Memorandum of Understanding covers, among others:

• strengthening of cooperation between the two offices,
• exchange of information on the developments of their intellectual property system, on the amendments in their legislation related to intellectual property, on the experiences in patent examination,
• strengthening of cooperation between China and the Visegrad countries,
• trainings on intellectual property.
