We are looking to find the best design management achievements!

Guided by its spirit, the Design Management Award has been granted to organisations that have made outstanding achievements both at the national and international level,  demonstrated some exemplary results and operational models through an efficient project- and organisation-based integration of design management since the foundation of the Hungarian Design Council in 2009.

Each selected company, organisation is awarded the gross amount of 1 million HUF and the selected economic organisations receive a certificate from the jury every year. The Intellectual Property Agency HIPAvilon also has a special award on offer in the form of an intellectual property audit for the first time this year.

Candidates need to receive nominations to be eligible for the award. Nominations can be made by anybody – except for the members of the jury – including nominations of the owners of a company. Each legal entity or economic organisation, company, institution without a legal entity which is based in Hungary (hereinafter referred to as organisation) is eligible for the award.

Any service and manufacturing organisation demonstrating an outstanding application of design and exemplary achievements in its operation through design in the 5 years prior to this call can be nominated for the award.
