Hungarian Council for the Protection of Intellectual Property
Its tasks:
at the request of the President of the Hungarian Patent Office it gives opinions on a comprehensive range of draft actions (programs, strategies, projects, regulations, international agreements) aiming; the preparation of legal regulations relating to the protection of intellectual property; the initiation and enforcement of state actions necessary for the elaboration and validation of governmental strategies aiming at the protection of intellectual property; fulfilling the professional tasks of international and European cooperation in the field of intellectual property.
