Validity information and copies of the register

Anyone can get information about the validity of patents, supplementary protection certificates (SPC), utility models, designs, plant varieties, topographies, and registered trademarks.
We issue copies of entries in the register (certified statements on the validity of protection) on payment of a fee.

How much does it cost?

Information is free of charge.
Fee for a copy of an entry in the register is HUF 300 / page, the fee for legalisation is HUF 3000 / document.
